What is Maxima?

Maxima Property Management Inc. is a full service real estate brokerage and property management company. It was established in 2014 and owned by a family with extensive experience in running and managing various properties. With the help of the company, you will be able to maximize the value of your investment, and more importantly, grow it without the hassle and involved with managing a rental property

How does it work?

At Maxima, you do not have to do the work. We offer a complete suite of services that will allow you to enjoy your investments in the best while we worry about the day to day management. For instance, we can help you find a very good tenant while conduction a thorough background and screening. We will make sure that you accept only prospects who have good financial standing and without criminal records. We also collect the rent on your behalf and enforce late fees when necessary. We make sure that you will have the money on time and those who do not make timely payments will be immediately notified. In addition, we also provide a full tenant eviction process for whatever the cause might be. Also, when it comes to repairs, maintenance, and renovations, you can count on us to take care of the issue

Who manages the financial statements?

Our property managers will be the one to take care of all financial statements and other related documents. Our detailed property performance reports will make it easier for you to understand your investment financial condition.

What percentage of rent do I get?

This will depend on several factors, such as the value of the property and its location. We will also take into consideration the existing market and economic conditions. At the end of the day, Maxima will provide you with the assurance that you will be getting optimal value from your property.

What do I do in case of an emergency?

Contact us and we will help you. Our customer service representatives are available round-the-clock to provide you with assistance in emergency cases. We do not want to keep you waiting, so expect us to assist you as soon as possible.

How long is the contract?

Every contract will have terms that will be based on the agreement between us. Most of our agreements can be canceled within 30 days with a written notice

How do you advertise a vacant unit?

Once we upload a vacant property to our management software, it automatically uploads it to dozens of real estate sites such as Zillow, Apartments.com. Flip Key, Trulia and a lot more. Also, Maxima is full service brokerage company, so we advertise the property among our wide network of realtors and on the MLS, Florida realtors listing site. Rest assure that under our management your property would get mass exposure.
